Arsenal demolished by Manchester Utd

After unexcpected loosing in city derby from Manchester City ( 1:2 ), Alex Ferguson’s players were very dissapointed letting Arsenal running them away 5 points, there is no sweater won they could achieved than one against their bigger rival and compettion, Arsenal.Gunners came to Old Trafford on a weekend before Champions League to play 1/8 Final of FA Cup, bur what they found on Old Traffold field wasnt nice for them.

Manchester played great from the beginning, and it wasnt surprise when Wayne Rooney used Nani’s corner to score his 11th season’s goal.

Three minutes later, Nani again did a good job on the left, chipped the ball inside the area, and Darren Fletcher didnt have a heavy job to put it beside Jens Lehmann.

Great game by Nani was rounded in the 38th minute, when Portuguese player added his part of great Manchester’s 3 :0 first half. We havent seen almost anything from Arsenal in first 45 minutes.

Arsenal problems continued in beginning of second half, when main referee Alan Wiley dismissed Eboue, after his clumsy challenge left Evra on the floor.

Manchester attack’s continued in next 25 minutes, when United made it 4:0. Player of a game, Nani added one more assist, and Fletcher scored his second goal.

This Manchester’s winn is even more important as it came without help of United’s, and probably World’s best player at this momment, Christiano Ronaldo.

After the match, Ferguson told MUTV: ‘It was a really fantastic performance. The players looked great. They showed tenacity and the passing was terrific.

‘They were so disappointed with themselves (after losing 2-1 to Manchester City) on a really important day. I think all the emotions of the week probably caught up with them. But today they’ve made amends for that with a marvellous performance.’
